Overview of role

We looking for Contact Centre Agents that hasn't participated on the YES Programme, with  Matric certificate (Grade 12 Relevant B. Degree / diploma an added advantage Relevant contact centre certification an added advantage, with Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a customer service  driven environment Knowledge of Contact Centre technologies and Experience working with government service.

  • Experience working with government service queries 
  • Contact Centre Exprience
