Overview Of Role

We are urgently looking for 5 call centre agents to be based at our head office in Midrand

Responsibilities
  • Take inbound Calls
  • Log all calls
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Presentation skills, Computer literacy.

  • Problem Solving Skills, Product and System Knowledge.

Qualification
  1. Matric certificate (Grade 12) –
  2. Relevant Degree / diploma an added advantage –
  3. Relevant contact center certification an added advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a customer service or financial services driven environment
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre technologies
  • Experience working with government service queries
