Overview Of Role

We are urgently looking for 30 contact centre agents who has completed a minimum NQF Level 6 in Finance / Accounting and Business Management.

Responsibilities
  • Take inbound Calls
  • Log all calls
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, Presentation skills, Computer literacy.

  • Problem Solving Skills, Product and System Knowledge.

Qualification
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • Relevant Degree / diploma in Finance / Accounting and Business Management
  • Relevant contact center certification an added advantag
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a customer service or financial services driven environment
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre technologies
  • Experience working with government service queries 
  • Compensation Fund and Unemployment Insurance Fund experience will be and added advantage
