Overview Of Role

We are urgently looking for Contact Centre Team Leaders to be based at our head office based in Midrand with a completed Finance Qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Manage contact centre agants
  • Do daily, weekly and monthly reposrts and present to management
  • Coaching of contac centre agants
  • Manage the disciplinary process and report on it 
  • Managing team Quality Assurance and provide feedback to agants 
  • Assist agents with all escalations and report on it daily, weekly and monthly
  • Report on teams punctaulity and attendance
Qualification
  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree an added advantage
  • Relevant contact centre certification an added advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Team Leader within the contact centre environment 
  • Knowledge of contact centre technologies
  • Experinec of managing and working with budgets
  • Department of Emlpoyment and Labour (DEL) exposure to UIF environment will be an added advantage
