Overview Of Role

We are urgently looking for Contact Centre Agent to be based at our head office
based in Midrand with a completed Finance Qualification.

Relevant contact centre certification an added advantage

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience as a Contact Centre agent within the
environment
Knowledge of contact centre technologies
Experinec of managing and working with budgets
Department of Emlpoyment and Labour (DEL) exposure to UIF environment will be
an added advantage
