 Please kindly note that Quadrafort SA (Pty) Ltd has been retained by Alteram Solutions Pty Ltd to, inter alia, provide resources on a fixed term contractual engagement to operate as Contact Centre Agents.  We are looking to hire about 220 Contact Centre Agents on a confirmed three (3) months fixed-term contract to meet the requirements set out below under Job Requirements.  If you are interested in this career opportunity, please kindly find the attached advert.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails professionally.
  • Query Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure complaints are resolved timeously and satisfactorily.
  • Data Administration: Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM/database.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Qualification

    • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
    • A Diploma and/or Degree: would be an added advantage.

    Experience

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven call centre (inbound/outbound) or customer service experience.
  • DCE System experience: a must.

  • Personal Characteristics

  • Communication: Extremely well-spoke.
