Overview Of Role
We are urgently looking for Contact Centre Agents to be based at our Head Office in Midrand.
Responsibilities
Taking inbound calls and assisting customers closing each
call on first call Call customers back when feedback must be given
Log all calls
Qualification
Matric Certificate (Grade 12) – will be minimum requirement
Relevant contact centre certification is an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 0f 1 year experience within customer service.
Knowledge of Contact Centre Technologies.
Experience working with government service queries.
