Overview Of Role

We are urgently looking for Contact Centre Agents to be based at our Head Office in Midrand.

Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound calls and assisting customers closing each
  • call on first call Call customers back when feedback must be given
  • Log all calls
Qualification
  • Matric Certificate (Grade 12) – will be minimum requirement
  • Relevant contact centre certification is an added advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 0f 1 year experience within customer service.
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre Technologies.
  • Experience working with government service queries.
