• Matric Certicate (Grade 12)-Wil be a minimum requirement.
• A Diploma and/or Degree: would be an added advantage.

1-Minimum of 1 Years' exprience within a customer service.

2-Knowledge of contact centre technologies

3-Exprience working with goverment service queries
