Overview Of Role

We are Urgently looking for Call Centre Agents with a Law Related Qualification to be based in our Contact Centre situated in Midrand.

Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound calls and assisting customers closing each call on first call
  • Call customers back when feedback must be given
  • Log all calls
Qualification
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) –will be a minimum requirement
  • Law Related Qualification / A must i.e. (NQF 5: Higher Certificates and Advanced National Vocational Certificate
  • NQF 6: National Diploma and Advanced Certificate
  • NQF 7: Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diplomas, Post Graduate Certificates and Bachelor of Technology - will be an advantageNQF 
  • NQF 8: Honor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma and Professional Qualifications- will be an advantage
  • Relevant contact centre certification an added advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within a customer service.
  • Knowledge of Contact Centre technologies
  • Experience working with government service queries 
  • Clear criminal record- non negotiable
