We are urgently looking for IT Field Support Engineers to be based in the Western Cape (Western Cape CBD; Worsester; Boland; Stellenbosch; Vredendal and Beaufort).

Its essential that the applicat must have a Valid Drivers Lisence and own car.

Desktop support,

Hardware and software troubleshooting,Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory,

ITSM systems,

Call management,

SLA compliance, and excellent verbal, written and listening skills.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Desktop environment
Exposed to computer hardware and software, operating systems like Windows 10
PC and Network Troubleshooting

Customer service orientation, effective communication, problem-solving,
accountability, teamwork, time management, attention to detail, adaptability,
professionalism, resilience, initiative and reliability.

Due to the mobile nature of this role and the requirement to provide on-site support across multiple
facilities, the successful candidate must possess a valid Code 8 driver’s licence and have access to
their own reliable transport.
